FOREIGN ORDER INFO

We are happy to ship orders to Canada & overseas. Small sized orders and orders under $300 can usually be shipped through the Postal Service. Priority Mail can take from 1-4 weeks, depending on the country it is shipping to, and customs delays. We usually process and ship your order as soon as we can, then send you a tracking number through the Postal Service. If you require a price quote on shipping charges on orders that will probably ship through the postal service, please indicate it on your order form when you check out, or email us after the order is placed with your order #. Otherwise, we will process & ship your order.

Orders over $300 and larger in size will be shipped by Fed Ex Economy services. This is less expensive than regular Fed Ex and UPS. It usually takes about 5-10 days to arrive. We will contact you with a shipping estimate on these shipments. Foreign orders can be expensive to ship, so we suggest you order as much as you can each time to save yourself multiple shipping & handling charges.

Our shipping charges do not include customs fees, brokerage fees, or taxes that may be due upon arrival to the customer. You should contact your local authorities if you have any questions about fees due. We have to include a copy of the invoice with each shipment.

When you place your first order with us, you will receive an email asking for additional information regarding your credit card and identification. Since your credit card is through a foreign bank, we cannot verify that the address we are shipping to is also your billing address. We can do this though U.S. banks, so we have to ask you to email us pictures of your credit card, ID card such as Driver's License or Passport, OR a copy of your credit card statement, showing your billing address. Any sensitive information can be blacked out for security purposes. This is for our protection as an internet business, and your protection as a cardholder. We will then have this in your file for future orders.

Please note: To keep our prices low, and to be able to compete on the internet, many of our parts are "drop shipped" to our customers from the manufacturer's warehouse. If we have all of our large inventory pieces shipped to us, then ship it to our customer, we incur shipping charges, which adds to our cost of the part. Many businesses today on the internet do not even have a store front. They have most, if not all of their parts shipped to customers from the manufacturer's warehouse. Since they do not stock the parts, they can sell cheaper with no incoming freight charges. Other businesses, such as ourselves, do actually have a retail store, and stock most of the parts. They still do, however, have many parts, mainly large or heavy items, drop shipped to customers. This saves incoming freight, keeping our cost down, so we can sell it at a lower price. For instance, a set of carpet shipped to us, costs us around $27 in shipping. To keep cost down on carpet, we have it all drop shipped directly to the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot drop ship most of these large items overseas, therefore, we have to have it shipped in to us, then ship it to customers overseas. If we have to do this for a foreign order, we will also have to charge the incoming freight to the customer. These parts can include, but are not limited to: Carpet, Door Panels, Mounted 79-82 Seats, Fiberglass Parts (Fenders, Front Ends, Bumpers, Panels, Spoilers, Hoods, etc), Exhaust Kits, Side Pipes, Side Pipe Covers, Glass, Seat Foam, 63-67 Dash Pads, 78-82 Dash Pads, 78-82 Dash Shields, Glass T-tops, 68-72 Front Bumpers, Gas Tanks, Headliners, Wheels, Radiators, Radiator Supports, Sway Bars, Long Fuel Lines, Long Brake Lines, some Fan Shrouds.
These are usually the items that are large in size to ship. We do stock most of the parts in our catalog, but we just can't stock everything. Please feel free to ask if there are additional incoming freight charges on any large part you wish to order.

There is a $10 handling fee on foreign orders.
